Recognizing the needs of specific groups of clients, including local self-government units, accounting companies, providers of business services, foreign investors, clusters and other forms of business organisations MICRO grupa is created a unique solutions on the market, such as:

  • emunicipality

    • Solution intended for mayors and other employees in Municipalities, aimed at the systematic and methodological development based management of the local area.

  • e-city

    • Solution intended for cities, i.e. for mayors and employees of all departments. With its modules and granules e-city is adjusted to the requirements of cities in the segment of the planning and management of their development, and preparation and implementation of development projects.

  • e-balance

    • Solution adjusted for upgrading the work of accounting and bookkeeping companies with the aim of improving the provision of services and quality in the accounting companies.

  • e-public procurement

    • Part of the solution e-city and e-municipality is a solution aimed for all public procurement obliged persons oriented on transparent and systematic implementation of the public procurement procedure. The main aim of e-public procurement is to facilitate and improve the process for all obliged persons of public procuremet enforcement proceedings.

  • e-hrm

    • Part of the Support programmes module within the solution e-city and e-municipality. Except as an integral part of the solution and e-city, e-hrm can be a separate modul that is used to manage human resources in any organisation.

  • e-standard

    • Programme solution intended for procuration of documentation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 standard, and other related quality standards, such as ISO 1401, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001, and HACCP. As part of solution e-city and e-municipality, in the module Support programmes, e-standard is adjusted and intended to facilitate quality management of business processes in local self-government units. The solution consists of a series of regurarly arranged and distributed documentation necessary for quality management system; procedures, plans, operating instructions and standardized forms.
